What is CARDS NATION?
CARDS NATION was born with the idea that let you create , design and print your own personalized ultimate cards. you can chose your favorite players or put your own image on the card to hang it on your wall . Also, it can be a great gift for your mate.
What is the material of construction of the cards ?
Our cards made from Acrylic plates. Acrylic is a transparent plastic material with outstanding strength. Its lightweight and easy to shape so it ideal for display purpose. All of our products are designed and printed by professionals.
What are sizes of cards?
Our cards available in three sizes :
- Small (30X20 cm)
- Medium (40X30 cm)
- Large (60X40 cm)
When I upload my image to the website designing page, will you remove the background of my image?
yes, when you place your order, our designing team will make sure to tune your picture and remove all unnecessary background . (In the example below, we can easily assume the background color should be removed.)
How long does it take to make my card?
Our standard production time will take up to 7 working days which includes ; designing, printing and packaging of the card. Then it is handed to the shipping courier for shipment.
Please note that the shipping duration may vary at peak times. Prior your checkout, you will be given the estimated delivery date.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
A tracking number (for international shipping) will be provided via email once your order has been collected by the courier.
What photo must I use for my card?
Here are few guidelines for choosing the best image possible:
• The best option is to get the original photos, for example from the camera roll/ photo gallery or from the camera’s SD card.
• Your picture should include the upper body (head, shoulders and chest) of the person.
• Recommended minimum resolution for printing is 300 dpi.
• its better to take the photo in front of a plain background such as white wall.
• Ensure that the light source is balanced, natural lighting is the best.
• It’s not a good idea to use screenshots because your resolution will be limited by your device’s screen resolution.
• Web images such as (web search, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook or etc.. ) are mostly low resolution. This resolution is good for quick transmission over the internet, but is not acceptable for printing in high resolution.
In case you uploaded a low resolution photo, we will contact you to provide us with a new high resolution image.
In any case, it is your responsibility for providing us an acceptable high quality photo.
